It looks like the new greens are random drops from specific types/classes of Peacekeepers, not just bosses. A few of them are up on the wiki, as well as other WiK items.

My GoK mission farm behind Oink's house now takes 15 minutes instead of 5 minutes per run because of the SA change. Also, it appears that EBSoH no longer boosts the damage output from SA.

I had this shield drop by a White Mantle Night while escorting Courier Falken.

So these are just dropped by the quest White Mantle, not regular ones right?

I believe they only drop from White Mantle from the War in Kryta. So they don't have to be from quests, you can get them from the Watchtower Coast without any quests (or Courier Falken spawning).

I'm just getting a bunch of peacekeepers to spawn, i havent done any of the war in kryta quests. Can't find any white mantle.

The spawns change the more dialogue you view. Finish all the dialogue and the White Mantle should appear.

I wouldn't mind them being green...if their stats weren't so horrible!...(for my uses anyways).

Greens are more flavorful than gold. They also have more personnality than golds.
And if they weren't green, you couldn't say you're weilding Peace&Harmony.

This makes me sad. It has very little effect on the majority of builds I use, but it kills an idea I had.

15mp and 33% speed reduction? Somehow I still have a way to keep it manageable in spike builds. Sorry if this isn't the nerf you were hoping for.

Also, I fail to see how this new edenial meta is good for the game at all.

edenial is easy as hell to work around, it's psychic instability that's a bitch to play against.

All knockdowns are 2 seconds unless it says otherwise.

Standard knock down duration is 2 seconds, so Earthquake will knock down for 2 seconds. Earthshaker Warriors who are not terrible and bad will wear Stonefist insignia, increasing the knockdown duration to 3 seconds.
